Good to know:
We only sell subscriptions and prepaid SIM cards. We don’t sell phones or bundles that include a device. You can choose whichever smartphone you want to use. For a physical SIM card, we’ll send you a multi-SIM by default. A multi-SIM includes all possible formats, mini, micro, and nano. So you can easily choose and pop out the size that fits your phone.

First, we check your address to see what speeds we can offer and whether Fiber is available. If we see we can’t guarantee a decent speed, we unfortunately won’t be able to proceed with the installation.
All good? Then you can complete your order and pick an installation time right away - usually within two weeks. Just don’t forget to enter the correct phone number: the technician will give you a call about 30 minutes before arriving.
And that’s it: once your installation is done, you’re all set to go.
