Yes, you’ve got two options:

  • When ordering a SIM card, you’ll have the option to add your VAT number to your account.

  • You can also add, remove or edit your VAT number afterwards. Just head to ‘Profile’ in your account and click the pencil icon next to ‘Billing information'. At the bottom, you can tick the box to say you have a VAT number and fill it in.

Heads-up: when you link a VAT number to your account, it’ll be applied to all your subscriptions. So if you’ve got multiple phone numbers, it’s not possible to link the VAT number to just one of them.

Can I add or remove my VAT number in my account?

Get in touch with our helpdesk. Let us know you want your data removed, and we’ll handle it. Once everything’s sorted, you’ll receive a confirmation.

How can I delete my account?

At Mobile Vikings, we like to be proactive. That’s why we check whether passwords appear in known data breaches using a secure and privacy-friendly method (without viewing or transmitting passwords). If a password is considered unsafe, we notify the user.

What can you do yourself?
If you receive a notification from us that your password may be unsafe, we recommend that you:

  • First of all, change your password in your account settings.

  • Do not reuse this password anywhere else.

  • Change your password for other services where you used the same password.

  • Choose a strong and unique password, preferably generated by a password manager.
