All outstanding invoices must be paid
If you have a subscription, all open invoices or payment invitations must be fully paid first.
One-time use of the quality guarantee
You can only make use of the quality guarantee once. A second request will be refused. Mobile Vikings may check things like your name, address, payment method, or customer number. Always in line with our privacy policy, of course.
For mobile numbers: switch within 30 days
Does your request involve a mobile number? Then that number must be transferred to another operator within 30 days of activation.
For internet: cancellation within 30 days
Is your request about internet? Then your Mobile Vikings internet connection must be deactivated within 30 days of activation.
Rented hardware must be returned
If you're using our modem or Wi-Fi boosters, you’ll need to return them after cancellation.

Not happy? We'll refund!
Thanks to our quality guarantee, you can try our services worry-free for 30 days, just like you can in online shopping. Not happy within the first month after activating your SIM card or internet connection? Then you’ll simply get your money back.
What are the conditions?
There are obviously a few conditions to keep in mind. Ticked all these boxes? Then we’ll refund your money: it's that simple.
This is how it works
Within 30 calendar days
You can request a refund for that first month within 30 calendar days after activating your new SIM card and/or internet connection.
Combine your request
Want a refund for both your SIM card and your internet connection? Just submit one combined request. The 30-day period will still be assessed separately per product.
Use the contact form
Request your refund via the contact form. Choose 'Mobile' or 'Internet at home', depending on what you're applying for.
Refund
Once we receive your request, we’ll check if all conditions have been met. You’ll then get an email letting you know if your request has been approved. If it has, you’ll receive your refund within 3 weeks at the latest.
This is what we'll refund
Your initially selected price plan.
Any charged costs for the installation of your internet connection.
Any charged costs for renting a Wi-Fi booster.
Any Viking Points you may have used for the first payment in question.
What we will not refund: any out-of-bundle costs in a mobile subscription.
