Everything on one invoice/payment invitation, or separately?

One invoice/payment invitation per subscription

Easy peasy: for each subscription (for mobile and/or home internet), you will receive a single invoice/payment invitation in your account. Depending on when they are activated, you will receive them on different dates. No invoice/payment invitation is available for prepaid cards.

Multiple subscriptions on one invoice/payment invitation

A consolidated invoice bundles all your subscriptions on one invoice/payment invitation. Instead of receiving a separate invoice/payment invitation for each product, you will now receive one clear overview of everything together. This makes it easier to keep track of and manage your payments.

We are currently implementing this new system automatically. We are starting with all new Vikings. In the next phase, we will extend this to existing Vikings who already have multiple active subscriptions.

Existing Vikings who already have multiple active subscriptions can also switch to a consolidated invoice manually. You can do so here! In the next phase, this will be activated automatically for everyone with multiple subscriptions.

So, when can you expect it?

We work with fixed billing dates: the 4th, 12th, 20th and 28th of the month.

Mobile subscription

This date depends on when your monthly bundle is renewed.

Examples:

  • If your bundle is renewed on the 3rd → you will receive your invoice/payment invitation on the 4th.

  • Renewal on the 8th → invoice/payment invitation on the 12th.

  • Renewal on the 21st → invoice/payment invitation on the 28th.

Internet at home

This depends on the date your internet subscription is activated. This is the date of the confirmation email after activation. 

  • Activated between the 28th and 3rd → invoice/payment invitation on the 4th of the following month

  • Activated between the 4th and 11th → invoice/payment invitation on the 12th

  • Activated between the 12th and 19th → invoice/payment invitation on the 20th

  • Activated between the 20th and 27th → invoice/payment invitation on the 28th

After activation, you will automatically receive a confirmation email: the date of that email is your official activation date.

This depends on the date your consolidated invoice was activated and the next billing date. 

  • Activated between the 28th and 3rd → invoice/payment invitation on the 4th of the following month

  • Activated between the 4th and 11th → invoice/payment invitation on the 12th

  • Activated between the 12th and 19th → invoice/payment invitation on the 20th

  • Activated between the 20th and 27th → invoice/payment invitation on the 28th

Your first invoice/payment invitation may look different depending on when your consolidated invoice was activated. You should also take into account any subscriptions that have already been invoiced for that month. Depending on the scenario and date, these will not appear on the first consolidated invoice and you will still have to pay them manually.

For example:

Your mobile bundle is invoiced on 4 October and your home internet is invoiced on 12 October. 

  • If you activate your consolidated invoice on 22 October, your invoicing date will be the 28th. You will receive your first consolidated invoice on 4 November. 

  • If you activate your consolidated invoice on 5 October, your first billing date will be 12 October. However, because your mobile has already been billed, it will not appear on the next bill, but on the one after that. You will then receive your first consolidated invoice with all subscriptions on 12 November. 

  • If you activate your consolidated invoice on 29 October, your first billing date will be the 4th. On 4 November, you will only pay for your mobile phone. You will receive your first consolidated invoice on 4 December.

Frequently asked questions

You have up to 2 weeks after the due date to pay your bill or payment invitation, but we don’t recommend waiting that long. If your payment still hasn’t been made 2 weeks after the due date, your number will be limited to minimum service. This means:

  • You can only receive incoming texts and calls. Outgoing calls and texts won’t work.

  • You’ll only be able to call emergency numbers.

  • You won’t be able to use mobile data.

Still haven’t paid after that? Then all services will be fully suspended, including incoming calls and messages.
