Forgot to pay your payment invitation or invoice? No worries, here’s how to fix it quickly:

You’ll receive a reminder email 4 and 12 days after the due date of your payment invitation or invoice. Pay easily using the button in that email.

My Viking

Or log in and pay via your My Viking account using one of the following methods:

  • Mastercard or Visa

Didn’t pay your bill? Here’s what to expect.

  1. You receive a payment invitation or invoice with a due date.

  2. You can pay it manually via your My Viking account, through an automatic payment method, or by bank transfer.

  3. Did you overlook your invoice? You will first receive a reminder. If your invoice remains unpaid, reminder fees will be charged 12 days after the due date.

    Is your invoice still unpaid 22 days after the due date? Then your number will be placed on a restricted service level. This means you can only receive incoming calls and text messages. You will no longer be able to make calls (except to emergency numbers), send text messages, or use mobile data.

  4. Still haven’t paid after 37 days after the due date? Then we’ll fully deactivate all your services.

  5. And after 53 days, your number will be permanently closed. It can’t be reactivated.

  2. You can pay it manually via your My Viking account, through an automatic payment method, or by bank transfer.

  3. If the bill is still unpaid 12  days after the due date, Then reminder fees will be charged.

  4. If you have still not paid 37 days after the due date, your internet speed will be reduced to 256 kbps.

  5. After 53 days without payment, your internet at home will be permanently disconnected and cannot be reactivated.
