Leave a message after the beep
Voicemail is the perfect solution for saving missed calls. If you miss a call or can’t pick up, the caller can leave a message for you to listen to later. That way, you’re always up to date, and you’ll never miss important info!
Setting up your Mobile Vikings voicemail
Listening to voicemail messages
To listen to your classic voicemail, call 1933 with your Mobile Vikings SIM card. For visual voicemail, simply open the visual inbox on your phone.
Personalising your voicemail message
Call 1933 and listen to your messages. After that, a menu will guide you through the options to personalise your voicemail (greeting, notifications, etc.).
Your voicemail PIN code
You’ll need your PIN code if you access your voicemail from another number or from abroad.
Manual setup for voicemail
To use voicemail with your Mobile Vikings SIM card, some devices may require additional settings. In certain cases, voicemail is automatically set up from the SIM card when the device starts.
Below you’ll find instructions to manually set up your voicemail number.

Listening abroad
To listen to your voicemail from abroad, call +32 456 19 19 33. You’ll need your voicemail PIN code for this.
Forgot your PIN code?
You set your voicemail PIN the first time you activated it. Forgot it? No worries: type #145# on your phone and press the call button. You’ll receive your PIN code in a free text message.

Costs
Within the European Zone, calling your voicemail is free. Outside the European Zone, you’ll pay the local rate for an outgoing call. You can find those rates on our roaming page.
Good to know
If your device supports both technologies, it will automatically choose the best available option, usually preferring VoLTE. If the 4G signal is weak, your phone will switch to VoWiFi to maintain call quality.
Both VoLTE and VoWiFi are free to activate, and calls are simply deducted from your call bundle or call credit as usual. Just make sure your device is compatible and that the features are enabled in your phone’s settings.

Frequently asked questions
You can choose how many seconds your phone rings before voicemail kicks in. You can set it to 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 seconds:
To activate your voicemail after 30 seconds of ringing, enter (*)*61*+32456191933**30# and press 'call';
To activate your voicemail after 25 seconds of ringing, enter (*)*61*+32456191933**25# and press 'call'; etc.

( * ) means that you have to enter two asterisks for some devices.
