VoLTE uses the 4G network for calls. This brings advantages like faster call setup, improved call quality, and the ability to use mobile data while calling. Perfect for situations like hands-free calls while using a navigation app at the same time.
VoWiFi, on the other hand, uses your Wi-Fi connection for incoming and outgoing calls. This is especially handy in places where mobile coverage is limited but a stable Wi-Fi network is available, like buildings with thick walls or basements. That way, you stay reachable anywhere.
If your device supports both technologies, it will automatically choose the best available option, usually preferring VoLTE. If the 4G signal is weak, your phone will switch to VoWiFi to maintain call quality.
Both VoLTE and VoWiFi are free to activate, and calls are simply deducted from your call bundle or call credit as usual. Just make sure your device is compatible and that the features are enabled in your phone’s settings.
Visual voicemail gives you an easy-to-use inbox on your phone where you can see all your voicemail messages at a glance.
