Managing your mobile price plan has never been easier.

Type of bundles

At Mobile Vikings, you can have call, SMS, and data bundles. With a prepaid card, you decide when to activate a monthly bundle and how much you spend, perfect if you want flexibility. Prefer automatic monthly renewals? Then a subscription is your best choice, so you can call, text, and surf worry-free every month.

When are my bundles renewed?

Your bundle renews on the same day every month. Is your bundle used up and you don’t want to wait? You can manually activate a new bundle via the website or app. It will start immediately, and from then on, your bundle will renew monthly on that new date.

My bundle abroad

Within the EU, you can call and text Belgian numbers without additional roaming charges.

Outside the EU, your data bundle cannot be used. Mobile data is automatically blocked to avoid unexpected costs. Still want to surf? You can with the Global Data Pass, which gives you mobile internet access in many countries outside the EU.

Change your Mobile Vikings plan

  • You can always change your subscription via the website or app, under ‘product settings’.

  • Wait until the end of your bundle period? That’s the smartest choice if you still have enough data or call minutes left, it lets you get the most out of your current plan.

  • Switch immediately? Perfect if you need more data or call minutes right away. Your new plan will start immediately, and your billing date might shift slightly. From then on, your subscription will renew on this new date.

Need a quick break?

Unfortunately, you can’t temporarily pause your subscription. If you’re unable to use your subscription for a certain period, we recommend switching to a prepaid card. Note: you must top it up at least once a year and verify your SIM card via a payment.

Still want to cancel your subscription or prepaid card?

Subscription

If you want to keep your number, your new provider will handle everything. You don’t need to cancel anything with us yourself. Want to completely deactivate your number? You can easily do so via your My Viking account by selecting ‘cancel your phone number’ at the bottom. Your number will be deactivated after the current bundle period ends. Note: You’ll receive one last bill if there’s still an outstanding balance. Otherwise, you’ll only pay for any out-of-bundle usage.

Prepaid card

Paying a lot but not getting enough in return? Then a prepaid card might not be ideal. A subscription could be more cost-effective. Check out your options here!

To cancel your prepaid card, simply stop topping it up. Your number will automatically expire over time. Want to deactivate it immediately? Contact our helpdesk using the button below.
