Going abroad?

Here’s what you need to know

When you go abroad, you’ll be able to use your national bundle within the EU, for calling, SMS and mobile surfing. No more extra roaming costs, and your usage will be deducted from your national bundle. Outside the EU, special rates will apply. Please note that the rules are different for our Unlimited subscription.

  • How can I get my phone to ring longer?

    You can decide after how many seconds your voicemail is activated. Your options are 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 seconds. A few examples:

    • To activate your voicemail after 30 seconds of ringing, enter (*)*61*+32456191993**30# and press 'call';
    • To activate your voicemail after 25 seconds of ringing, enter (*)*61*+32456191993**25# and press 'call'; etc.

      ( * ) means that you have to enter two asterisks for some devices.

    You can also fully manage your voicemail from the My Viking app. More specifically:

    • Switch your voicemail on and off
    • Set your preferred language
    • Set how long it takes for your voicemail to become active
    • Set your welcome message


  • I have an Unlimited subscription. What's in a Viking Clan for me?

    If you have an Unlimited subscription and become a member of a Viking Clan, you will also receive an extra data bundle to surf at full speed for a longer time. Without a Viking Clan you surf at lower speed after a 20 GB usage, with a Viking Clan this will happen later. For example: you have an Unlimited subscription and are a member of a Viking Clan of 3. Then you surf at lower speed after a usage of 22 GB instead of the normal 20 GB. An overview:

    • You are a member of a Viking Clan of 2: you surf at lower speed after a usage of 21 GB instead of the normal 20 GB.
    • You are a member of a Viking Clan of 3: you surf at a lower speed after a usage of 22 GB instead of the normal 20 GB.
    • You are a member of a Viking Clan of 4: you surf at a lower speed after a usage of 23 GB instead of the normal 20 GB.
  • I can't log in. What do I do?

    There are multiple ways to log in. You only have one password, but you can try using your phone number instead of your email address or vice versa. If one doesn't work, try the other. Make sure your phone isn't automatically putting a capital letter at the start.

    If both your number and email address don't work or you've forgotten your password, try changing your password.

  • Streamz contest rules



    The contest is being organised by Mobile Vikings nv, with registered offices at the address Kempische Steenweg 309 bus 1, 3500 Hasselt.




    The contest is to be announced on Facebook and Instagram on Friday 9th April 2021 at 10 a.m. and will end on Sunday 11th April at 21:59. On Monday 12th April 2021, the winners will be notified by private message. More details regarding the contest procedure are mentioned in point 5.


    3.Who can participate?


    The contest is open to all Mobile Vikings customers aged 18 and over, living on Belgian territory, except for:


    • staff and employees of Mobile Vikings and related companies
    • their families and relations to the third degree
    • all persons connected either directly or indirectly with the organisation of the contest concerned.


    Each person can participate once. When someone enters the contest multiple times, only the first entry will count.


    Mobile Vikings is entitled to exclude a person from participation in contests for a certain period in the event of any abuse of the terms for participation, or should the participant demonstrate abusive or misleading behaviour or participate in the contest in bad faith.


    4.The prize

    There are 3 prizes of 1 year of free Streamz each. The most original submissions will win.


    Each person can only participate and win once. The 10 most original submissions will be rewarded with this prize.


    Mobile Vikings does not make or grant any warranty concerning a prize. Mobile Vikings cannot be held responsible for accidents or damage that are in (in)direct relation to a prize.

    A prize shall be indivisible and must be accepted as is. Under no circumstances shall the prize be transferred or exchanged or can it be offered on sale to the public (e.g. on e-bay).

    This offer is only valid for new Streamz customers who subscribe via and is not valid for Telenet TV customers who take out a Streamz subscription via Telenet. This offer is valid until 30/06/2021. After this promotion, the subscription will be extended for an indefinite period and you can cancel it at any time free of charge. You then pay the normal price for Streamz of € 11.95 incl. VAT. Offer valid subject to material errors, mistakes and/or changes. This gift cannot be exchanged for other benefits or cash.     5.Contest procedure


    The assignment is as follows: “share your favorite binging snack as a comment on our Facebook contest post”. 


    On 12th April 2021 the submissions will be judged by a jury of Mobile Vikings employees, who’ll rate the submissions based on their originality. Mobile Vikings reserves the right to disqualify any inappropriate submissions (for example containing vulgarities).


    Each winner will be notified by private message on Facebook on 12th April 2021. They will be asked to provide their email address and phone number to prove that they’re Vikings. They will receive their prize afterwards. If they’re not Mobile Vikings customers, their right to a prize expires and a new winner will be chosen.


    6.General terms


    - Facebook does not support or promote this contest and can therefore not be held responsible for any problems.


    - No purchase is required to participate in the contest.


    - There shall be no correspondence about the contest rules, the organisation and/or the binding and irrevocable result of the contest (letters, e-mails and/or telephone conversations). All additional statements related to the contest shall be regarded as part of the rules. All decisions made by the organisation shall be final.


    - The participants in the contest shall refrain from negative public communication with regard to the contest and organisers.


    - Mobile Vikings shall not be held liable if, for reasons of force majeure or any other reason beyond the control of Mobile Vikings, the length of the contest is altered or if the contest is adapted or cancelled. Mobile Vikings may not be held responsible for any problems with the communication services preventing a participant from participating.


    - Any abuse, misleading or fraudulent behaviour shall give Mobile Vikings the express right to immediately exclude the participants concerned from this contest and/or other contests organised by Mobile Vikings.

    Participation in the contest implies the processing of the personal details of the participant, so that Mobile Vikings can, for example, inform the participant about the course of the contest and about similar Mobile Vikings products and services.     - Mobile Vikings has the right to change certain parts of these rules for organisational reasons.

  • What is the PIN code for my voicemail and where can I find it?

    You chose the PIN code for your voicemail when you first configured your voicemail. Haven't done so yet? Configure your voicemail and you'll be able to choose a PIN. You'll be asked for this PIN when:

    1. You consult your voicemail from a different number. You do this by calling your own number and pressing asterisk after you've heard your voicemail message.
    2. You consult your voicemail from abroad. You do this by calling your own number and pressing asterisk after you've heard your voicemail message.

      This call is free of charge in the EU. Outside of the EU, it will be charged at the rate of a normal call in that country.

    If the wrong PIN code is entered three times, your voicemail will automatically be blocked. To reactivate your voicemail send an email to stating your phone number. Our helpdesk will then make sure that your voicemail is reactivated as soon as possible.
