Your usage isn’t shown in real time, it usually appears in your My Viking account within 15 to 30 minutes. Here’s what the network displays after processing:
Text messages only appear once processed. Incoming texts aren’t shown, except for paid messages with confirmation (like De Lijn).
Calls appear after they’ve ended.
Data is shown once a session is completed.
Important: Message send attempts aren’t tracked. A message might be successfully sent to the central system, but that doesn’t mean it was actually delivered.
Sometimes processing may be delayed. So be extra careful when your bundle is (almost) used up! Usage is only logged after the session ends.
