The whole sign up experience was simple and efficient. I also like the various contractual services which allows for plenty of choices!

The 8 is maybe just due to the fact that if you don't have a belgian phone number or bank account everything becomes a bit more cumbersome. Overall, not a deal breaker but I think it can be annoying enough that some foreign clients moving to the country might prefer to go with more traditional providers. I know for a fact that relocation agents generally tend to recommend either Proximus or Orange.

Connection is fast, and I can talk to my friends anytime I want to over the minutes. Its also affordable, and the more friends I have, the more rewards in the clan - I find this unique, and fun. All round, its all I need, doesn't matter how small or big my budget is.

The service is good! The Internet speed is fast, and the app is easy to use. By exploring its different functions, I could clearly understand the usage of my package (10 euros/month, 8GB data, etc.). What I find really convenient is that I could apply for a Vikings SIM card with my passport instead of waiting for my residence card. When I first arrived, I needed to apply for a residence card, which takes time. With Vikings, I didn’t have to wait—I could get a new phone number and SIM card online in just a few days. This feature attracts a lot of international students to use Vikings. 🙂
