You can - as long as your phone supports a Dual SIM setup with an eSIM. Check here to see if your device is eSIM-compatible.

Can I use an eSIM as a Dual SIM?

An eSIM can only be used in a compatible mobile phone. We can’t guarantee it’ll work in other devices like a router, for example. Check here to see if your phone supports eSIM.

Heads-up! Mobile Vikings eSIMs don’t work in smartwatches (like the Apple Watch).

Can I only use an eSIM in a phone, or can I install it on other devices like a smartwatch too?

You can only have one active eSIM profile on your device. So if you're switching from another provider, you’ll need to delete that eSIM profile before activating your Mobile Vikings eSIM.

Not sure how to remove your current eSIM? Just follow these steps. If your exact phone model isn’t listed, pick one that’s similar.

I currently have an eSIM from another provider. How does the switch work?

Go to this page in your My Viking account and request a new SIM card. There you can indicate why you need a new one. You’ll also get to choose between an eSIM or a physical SIM card.

For a physical SIM card, we’ll send you a multi SIM by default. A multi SIM card includes all the formats you might need: mini, micro, and nano. That way, you can simply pop out the size that fits your device and get started.

I need a different type of SIM card. What should I do?

Unfortunately, it's no longer possible to block your phone. If your device has been lost or stolen, you can request a replacement SIM card via this page in your My Viking account. There, you can choose to immediately block your old SIM. We also recommend filing a police report - that's always a smart move.

How can I block my eSIM and phone?

We can’t guarantee our SIM cards will work on devices purchased outside Belgium. 

I bought my phone abroad. Can I get an eSIM for it?
