What happens when your bundles expire?

Your bundle is valid for 1 calendar month. Afterwards, you’ll surf at € 0.10/MB in Belgium and the EU, calculated per kilobyte. You'll text at € 0.10/SMS and call at € 0.20/min. (More calls) or € 0.40/min. (More data). Calculated per second, with a minimum of 60 seconds. In Belgium and the EU, to a Belgian number.

    The 8 is maybe just due to the fact that if you don't have a belgian phone number or bank account everything becomes a bit more cumbersome. Overall, not a deal breaker but I think it can be annoying enough that some foreign clients moving to the country might prefer to go with more traditional providers. I know for a fact that relocation agents generally tend to recommend either Proximus or Orange.

    Alles goed verlopen, zeer communicatieve technicus die op vragen kon antwoorden. Ik wacht nu alleen op meer info over fiber - bij Proximus geven ze als datum voor mijn huis 1 januari 2026 maar ze kunnen niet aangeven op basis waarvan die datum in hun planning staat.
