Account setup, mgmt and website 10/10 but reception is medium, it’s not bad but less than what i had at Proximus. Happy customer nonetheless

Good internet, but the possibility to rent a smart tv box with some tv channels available (like Tadaam) would be nice. Tadaam’s internet is awful though, so that’s a small point.

I only have been a customer for a month now, but a 9 does fit the service I have received before and during my subscription. It was amazingly easy to subscribe, fix the home internet and get in touch with your customer support with the slightest issue (I had a problem with my Wifi password). Also, price-quality MobileVikings is way better than any of the alternatives currently on the market without empty promises of "extra benefits".

Reasonable price and different packages to chose the convenient one.

Everything from applying, to communication to installation was easy through the website or app and very fast.
