Trouble with your internet at home or Wi-Fi?

Everyone’s worst nightmare: the Wi-Fi is down!

Everybody stay calm! First, check this.

Issues with your Wi-Fi signal can have several causes. That’s why we’d like to ask you to test a few things first:

  1. 1

First, restart both your modem and the device you want to connect with. Turn off your modem, wait 15 seconds, and then switch it back on. It may take a few minutes for your modem to fully reboot – that’s completely normal.

  2. 2

Next, perform a full reset. In this case, it’s okay to go all the way – reset your modem, your Wi-Fi network name, and password.

  3. 3

Still not working? Make sure you're connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. You’ll find the login details on your Bbox-3 modem or on the installation sticker. Do you have an Internet Box? Then the details are available in your My Viking account.

  4. 4

Pro tip: If you can connect using a cable, definitely do so. It’s usually faster and more stable than Wi-Fi. Also, make sure all cables are properly connected.
