Transfer your number to Mobile Vikings

Want to switch to Mobile Vikings but keep your current number? No problem!

Switching providers and keeping your number

What do I need?

To successfully transfer your number, you’ll need your phone number, a working SIM card from your current provider, and a device that supports that type of SIM card. Want to transfer a business number? Then we’ll also need your customer number. You can usually find it on your invoice or bank statement.

What happens to my current subscription?

No need to worry about double charges. As soon as your number transfer is requested, we cancel your old subscription or prepaid plan. Your new Mobile Vikings bundles will only start once your number has been successfully transferred.

Status of the number transfer

Activate your SIM card as soon as you receive it. Delivery of a physical SIM card can take 3 to 5 working days, while an eSIM is available immediately.

SIM card activated? Wait until your current provider’s network stops working, this can take up to 3 working days. Then install your new SIM card in your device, and you're all set! Your number is now fully transferred to Mobile Vikings!
