If your number hasn’t been activated yet, just contact our helpdesk and we’ll sort it out for you!

If the number has already been activated, it’s no longer possible to change it directly. You’ll first need to cancel your current number (preferably at the end of your bundle period to avoid double charges). A few days before the end date, you can request a new number via your My Viking account and activate it on the day your old number stops.
