Your invoice or payment invitation shows the cost of your subscription. This amount depends on the mobile or internet subscription you’ve chosen.
Just like in the Mobile Vikings app, your invoice or payment invitation includes an overview of your usage. Both for your mobile number and your internet at home.
Used more than what’s included in your plan? Extra data, minutes, or texts outside your bundle will appear as separate out-of-bundle costs on your invoice or payment invitation.

Your invoice or payment invitation includes an overview of the Viking Points that were used. Heads-up: for subscriptions, Viking Points are applied automatically.
Your invoice or payment invitation is sent on the 4th, 12th, 20th or 28th of the month.
Which date applies to you depends on when your monthly bundle renews. Your bill follows on the next one of those four dates.
Examples:
Bundle renews on the 3rd → you receive your bill on the 4th
Bundle renews on the 8th → bill on the 12th
Bundle renews on the 21st → bill on the 28th
That way, you’ll know exactly when to expect your Mobile Vikings bill.
That depends on the date your internet subscription is activated. Your first invoice will be sent on a fixed billing date, based on when your activation took place:
Activated between the 28th and the 3rd → bill on the 4th of the following month
Activated between the 4th and the 11th → bill on the 12th
Activated between the 12th and the 19th → bill on the 20th
Activated between the 20th and the 27th → bill on the 28th
Once your internet is activated, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email. The date of that email is your official activation date.

You have up to 2 weeks after the due date to pay your bill or payment invitation, but we don’t recommend waiting that long. If your payment still hasn’t been made 2 weeks after the due date, your number will be limited to minimum service. This means:
You can only receive incoming texts and calls. Outgoing calls and texts won’t work.
You’ll only be able to call emergency numbers.
You won’t be able to use mobile data.
Still haven’t paid after that? Then all services will be fully suspended, including incoming calls and messages.
