The fastest and safest way to log in. You log in the way you unlock your phone or laptop: you no longer need a password.
You can easily activate a passkey via your My Viking account:
Go to your My Viking account
Go to Account
Go to Settings > Security
Select "Login without a password"
Enter your password to confirm it’s you
Follow the steps on your device and save your passkey
Important: Passkeys belong to a specific device (or cloud account such as Apple iCloud or Google Password Manager) where you create them. If you create a passkey on your phone using, for example, your PIN or fingerprint, it will not automatically work on your laptop.
Tip: Add a passkey on your phone AND on your laptop. This way, you can easily log in everywhere.
The classic way: a self-chosen password.
You can change your password at any time
Go to your My Viking account
Go to Account
Go to Settings > Security
Select ‘Password - change your password’
Make sure your password is unique to your Mobile Vikings account, at least 12 characters long, and use a mix of CAPITAL letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols (!, @, #, etc.)
