Despite efforts to design inclusively, the following accessibility issues have been identified:
Images and Non-Text Content
- Some informative images lack proper text alternatives 
- Some decorative images are not properly marked to be ignored by screen readers 
Structure and Navigation
- Some headings are not properly marked up across the website 
- The support page lacks a skip-navigation button 
- Some links containing only an image, lack a discernible text 
Keyboard and Screen Reader Support
- Some interactive components are not operable with a keyboard or when using a screen reader 
- Some content is not read correctly by screen readers 
Visual Design
- Text and interface elements contrast is too low for some website components 
- Resizing text can break the layout in certain screens 
- Zooming is turned off 
Forms and Error Handling
- Form fields are not always properly labeled or connected with their visible labels 
- Related form fields are not properly grouped together 
User Interface Components
- Many interactive elements lack proper role attributes or accessible names 
Info and relationship between components
- Some components have violations against aria roles 
- Some pages lack some landmarks or use landmarks which are not unique 
A recent accessibility audit, conducted between 4 and 14 February 2025 by Eleven Ways, revealed several areas where the app does not meet the required standards.

- Some informative images lack proper text alternatives 
- Decorative images are not properly marked to be ignored by screen readers 
Structure and Navigation
- Headings are not properly marked up across the app 
- The app does not adapt to landscape orientation 
- Lists are not correctly formatted in several flows 
Keyboard and Screen Reader Support
- Some interactive components are not operable with a keyboard or when using a screen reader 
- Some content is not read by screen readers 
- Empty elements appear in the focus order when using TalkBack (Android) 
- Focus order is not always logical, and some non-interactive elements receive focus 
- Screen reader focus can move to content on other screens 
Visual Design
- Text and interface elements contrast is too low in multiple areas of the app 
- Resizing text can break the layout in certain screens 
- Focus indicators are not always visible 
- Colour only is used as a way to distinguish selected items 
Forms and Error Handling
- Form fields are not always properly labeled or connected with their visible labels 
- Related form fields are not properly grouped together 
- Error messages disappear too quickly and are not announced by screen readers 
- Required fields are not consistently marked 
- Legal or financial transactions lack proper confirmation mechanisms 
User Interface Components
- Many interactive elements lack proper role attributes or accessible names 
- Radio buttons, toggles, and checkboxes do not communicate their selected state
