FAQ

Yes, you’ve got two options:

  • When ordering a SIM card, you’ll have the option to add your VAT number to your account.

  • You can also add, remove or edit your VAT number afterwards. Just head to ‘Profile’ in your account and click the pencil icon next to ‘Billing information'. At the bottom, you can tick the box to say you have a VAT number and fill it in.

Heads-up: when you link a VAT number to your account, it’ll be applied to all your subscriptions. So if you’ve got multiple phone numbers, it’s not possible to link the VAT number to just one of them.
