That could mean you still have one or more unpaid internet bills. You’ve already received reminders via SMS, email, and post. If payment still isn’t made, we’ll switch your connection to minimum service. Meaning you’ll be surfing at just 256 Kbps (0.256 Mbps). And yes, that’s really slow.
So make sure to pay as soon as possible via your My Viking account to avoid a full disconnection:
Paid online? Your services will be reactivated within 30 minutes.
Paid by bank transfer? It may take 3 to 5 business days for your payment to be processed.
No unpaid invoices and your payment went through, but your bill still shows as open?
