Easy… what?

Easy Switch is a handy switching process that makes it super easy to change operators without the hassle. Switching to Mobile Vikings? We’ll take care of cancelling your contract with your previous provider as soon as our services are up and running. No paperwork, no stress. We’ve got you covered.

When can I use Easy Switch?

You can use Easy Switch in two situations:

  • Transferring your internet at home to Mobile Vikings. Your current internet connection will automatically be cancelled. Your mobile numbers will stay active with your previous provider.

  • Transferring your internet at home and cancelling selected mobile numbers. Your internet at home will be switched to Mobile Vikings, and the mobile numbers you choose will be cancelled with your previous provider. But they won’t be transferred to Mobile Vikings.

You can easily find both of these on your invoice or in the online customer zone of your current provider.

    Enter your address on our website, and we’ll check your connection.

    Choose the internet subscription that suits you best.

  3. 3

    Decide how you want to switch. Select the Easy Switch option, and we’ll take care of everything for you.

    Choose when you want to end services with your current provider. You have two options:

    a) As soon as your new Mobile Vikings services have been activated

    b) A set number of days after your new Mobile Vikings services have been activated

  5. 5

    Once your order is complete, we’ll get to work and keep you updated every step of the way.

Important: Contact your current provider if you have other services (like landline, TV, or mobile numbers in a bundle). These won’t be transferred automatically.

Switching to another provider

  • Still prefer to stay on board? We’d love to keep sailing with you! Our community, great rates, and top-notch service are all here for you.

  • Switching after all? Then you’ll need your customer number and Easy Switch ID from Mobile Vikings. You can find both on your invoice or in your My Viking account.

Transferring fixed internet only

In this case, your internet at home with Mobile Vikings will be automatically terminated. Any mobile numbers will remain active with Mobile Vikings. Completing the Easy Switch process will then depend on both the installation being finalised and the processing by the other operator.

Cancelling mobile numbers and transferring fixed internet

In this case, the Mobile Vikings numbers you provided, as well as your fixed internet, will be automatically terminated with Mobile Vikings. Completing the Easy Switch process will then depend on both the completion of the installation and the processing by the other operator.
