Still can’t connect to the local mobile internet? Then it’s best to go through this quick checklist:

Restart your device as soon as you arrive abroad.

Manual network selection:
Go to Settings
Tap Mobile Network
Tap Network Selection
Turn off the Automatic option
Wait for the available networks to appear (this can take up to two minutes)
Select one of the local providers

Mobile data outside the EU:
Check out our Global Data Pass.
