Go to ‘Viking Points’ in your My Viking account and click on ‘Didn’t receive Viking Points?

Select the partner for which you want to submit a claim.

Select the date of your purchase.
Can’t select your purchase date? Then you probably made a mistake during the Viking Deal process. But no worries, mistakes happen! ;-) You can bypass this once by selecting the checkbox “show all dates” at the bottom of the calendar.

Fill in the following details from your purchase:
a) Order number
b) Invoice
c) Category
d) Amount excl. VAT

Click ‘confirm’ and your claim will be submitted!
Depending on the partner, it typically takes 6 to 12 weeks to process your claim. This also accounts for possible return periods.
