If you already have a business subscription with another operator, it is best to first check the terms and conditions to avoid a fine (e.g., a termination fee). If that is in order, you can enter the subscription number of your current operator during your registration for Mobile Vikings for Business. We will then take care of the transfer of the numbers. You can find your subscription number on your current operator's invoices.
You can do this by following these steps:
1. In your account settings, select the SIM card you want to give a sepaprice account.
2. Enter the details for the new account.
3. You will receive an email with a button to accept the transfer.
4. Then fill in the requested details to start the transfer.
5. Once the transfer is completed, the recipient will receive a confirmation email. Done!
Please note:
Are you a member of a Viking Clan? Then you must leave your Clan before you can transfer the SIM card. You do this via your account settings. Afterwards, you can contact our helpdesk to become a member of your original Viking Clan again.
Active bundles and/or calling credit on the SIM card expire. The recipient can choose a new subscription or top-up.
Your linked payment method is automatically unlinked and does not move with it.
You cannot transfer your SIM card to a minor Viking.
The recipient does not receive a new SIM card – so be sure to pass it on yourself if necessary. :-)
Repeat these steps for all SIM cards you want to link to your Mobile Vikings for Business account.
