Going abroad?

Here’s what you need to know

When you go abroad, you’ll be able to use your national bundle within the EU, for calling, SMS and mobile surfing. No more extra roaming costs, and your usage will be deducted from your national bundle. Outside the EU, special rates will apply.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Would you like to cancel your number all the way? Then contact our helpdesk.
    Prefer to switch to another provider? Your new provider will take care of your number transfer and cancel your subscription with Mobile Vikings. Mind you: this transfer cannot be done if you have an outstanding balance for your subscription.

  • Can I listen to my voicemail in another country, and, if so, how much does it cost?

    To listen to your voicemail while in another country, call 0032486191996 or 0032456191933. You will need your PIN code for your SIM card. Forgot your PIN code? No problem: the option menu for your voicemail provides you with the option to send the code to you in a text message.

    If you are within the European Union, you can call your voicemail for free. Outside of the EU, you pay the local rate for an outgoing call. You can view the rates on our roaming page.

  • My hotspot is no longer working. What should I do?

    Yes, it’s possible your hotspot no longer works. To solve this, you need to manually set it up, using the data below:

    APN: web.be

    Username: web

    Password: web

  • Where do I find the PIN and PUK code of my SIM card?
    You can find the link to the PUK code here

    That page also has de standard PIN of your SIM card.

    If you have entered the PIN code incorrectly three times, your device will require your PUK code. You can now use the puk1 code. After entering this PUK code you choose a new PIN code.

  • My SIM card is lost or stolen. What now?

    In that case, you can block your current SIM card and request a new one. To do so, go to this page.

    Extra info
    If you request a new SIM card, it will be sent to you by regular mail free of charge. You will of course keep your phone number and your remaining calling credit. To block your device we need some extra information: what was the type of device; where did you lose your device (city); what was the time when you lost it (day and time) and what is the device's IMEI number? The IMEI number is stated on the packaging or purchase invoice of your device.
