Thinking of switching to Mobile Vikings? You can keep your number!

## My number transfer was rejected, now what?!

There are a few reasons why your number transfer might’ve been rejected. No worries, we’ll help you sort it out!

### Not possible due to an ongoing contract

In this case, it’s best to contact your current provider directly to resolve the issue. Once that’s done, we’re happy to help you complete the switch!

### You’ve entered incorrect details

If your number transfer is rejected, you can easily update your details in your [My Viking account](https://mobilevikings.be/en/my-viking/products-overview). Still not working? Just get in touch with our helpdesk, they’ll gladly double-check everything for you.

### There’s already a number transfer request in progress

No stress, this one’s easy to fix! If the request is still active with another provider, simply contact them to cancel it.

### Your number is no longer active

If your number isn’t active anymore, we can’t transfer it. But there’s a chance you can still reactivate it. Contact your previous provider to check if that’s possible.

## Frequently asked questions

### I’d rather get a new number after all. Is that still possible?

If your number hasn’t been activated yet, just [contact our helpdesk](https://mobilevikings.be/en/support#contact) and we’ll sort it out for you!

If the number has already been activated, it’s no longer possible to change it directly. You’ll first need to cancel your current number (preferably at the end of your bundle period to avoid double charges). A few days before the end date, you can request a new number [via your My Viking account](https://mobilevikings.be/en/offer/subscriptions) and activate it on the day your old number stops.

### I can’t take over the number after all. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you can’t cancel the order yourself, but no worries! Just [get in touch](https://mobilevikings.be/en/support#contact) with us and we’ll take care of it for you.
