# My Mobile Vikings bill

Everything about your Mobile Vikings bill: billing details, payments, and perks all in one place!

## Everything on one bill, or separately?

### One bill per subscription

Easy peasy: for each subscription (mobile and/or home internet), you receive one single Mobile Vikings bill in your account. This gives you a clear and individual overview of the costs and usage for each of your services.

Please note that billing dates may vary. You will receive your bills on different dates, depending on when each specific subscription was activated.

For prepaid cards, a bill does not apply; you manage your balance and usage via your [My Viking account](https://mobilevikings.be/en/my-viking/products-overview).

### Multiple subscriptions on one bill invitation

**A consolidated bill bundles all your subscriptions on one bill.** Instead of receiving a separate bill for each product, you will now receive one clear overview of everything together. This makes it easier to keep track of and manage your payments.

The consolidated bill is available for new Vikings. Have you been a Viking for a while and would also like to receive a consolidated bill? You can do so [here](https://mobilevikings.be/en/my-viking/account/payment-methods?selectedOption=automatic_payment).

**Prefer to keep your bills separate?** Simply tick the option [here](https://mobilevikings.be/en/my-viking/account/payment-methods?selectedOption=automatic_payment), and from next month onwards, all your subscriptions will be billed separately again.

## This is what your bill looks like

### Subscription costs

Your bill invitation shows the cost of your subscription. This amount depends on the mobile or internet subscription you’ve chosen.

### Your usage

Just like in the Mobile Vikings app, your bill includes an overview of your usage. Both for your mobile number and your internet at home.

### Out-of-bundle costs

Used more than what’s included in your plan? Extra data, minutes, or texts outside your bundle will appear as separate out-of-bundle costs on your bill.

### Combo

Enjoying the combo advantage? Then you’ll see a € 3 discount on your bill. Nice bonus!

### Viking Points

Your bill includes an overview of the Viking Points that were used. Heads-up: for subscriptions, Viking Points are applied automatically.

## So, when can you expect it?

We work with fixed billing dates: the 4th, 12th, 20th and 28th of the month.

**Mobile subscription**

This date depends on when your monthly bundle is renewed.

Examples:

- If your bundle is renewed on the 3rd → you will receive your bill on the 4th.

- Renewal on the 8th → bill on the 12th.

- Renewal on the 21st → bill on the 28th.

**Internet at home**

This depends on the date your internet subscription is activated. This is the date of the confirmation email after activation. 

- Activated between the 28th and 3rd → bill on the 4th of the following month

- Activated between the 4th and 11th → bill on the 12th

- Activated between the 12th and 19th → bill on the 20th

- Activated between the 20th and 27th → bill on the 28th

After activation, you will automatically receive a confirmation email: the date of that email is your official activation date.

This depends on the date your consolidated bill was activated and the next billing date. 

- Activated between the 28th and 3rd → bill on the 4th of the following month

- Activated between the 4th and 11th → bill on the 12th

- Activated between the 12th and 19th → bill on the 20th

- Activated between the 20th and 27th → bill on the 28th

Your **first bill** may look different depending on when your consolidated bill was activated. You should also take into account any subscriptions that have already been invoiced for that month. Depending on the scenario and date, these will not appear on the first consolidated bill and you will still have to pay them manually.

**For example:**

Your mobile bundle is invoiced on 4 October and your home internet is invoiced on 12 October. 

- If you activate your consolidated bill on 22 October, your invoicing date will be the 28th. You will receive your first consolidated bill on 4 November. 

- If you activate your consolidated bill on 5 October, your first billing date will be 12 October. However, because your mobile has already been billed, it will not appear on the next bill, but on the one after that. You will then receive your first consolidated bill with all subscriptions on 12 November. 

- If you activate your consolidated bill on 29 October, your first billing date will be the 4th. On 4 November, you will only pay for your mobile phone. You will receive your first consolidated bill on 4 December.

### Viking Points

Our bills are generated a few days before the invoice date. Did you receive your Viking Points shortly before or after that bill? Then they could not be included. Don't worry, your Viking Points will automatically be deducted from your next bill.

### Out-of-bundle costs

Did you make calls abroad or contact numbers abroad this month? Or did you use premium services? If so, your bill may be a little higher. Read more about this [here](https://mobilevikings.be/en/support/out-of-bundle-costs).

### Consolidated bill

## Frequently asked questions

### Is it possible to delay my payment?

You have up to 2 weeks after the due date to pay your bill, but we don’t recommend waiting that long. If your payment still hasn’t been made 2 weeks after the due date, your number will be limited to minimum service. This means:

- You can only receive incoming texts and calls. Outgoing calls and texts won’t work.

- You’ll only be able to call emergency numbers.

- You won’t be able to use mobile data.

Still haven’t paid after that? Then all services will be fully suspended, including incoming calls and messages. 

### Can I benefit from the social rate?

No, this is no longer possible as of 01/03/2024. Other operators, like [Proximus](https://www.proximus.be/support/en/id_sfaqr_social_rate/personal/support/billing/manage-your-bills/complaint-about-your-bill/the-new-law-for-the-social-rate.html), do still offer the social rate. If you already had the social rate with Mobile Vikings before 01/03/2024, nothing changes for you.

In short: Due to a decision by the federal government, only operators with their own fixed network can offer the social tariff as of 01/03/2024.

### How should I enter my Mobile Vikings bills in my accounts?

Your Mobile Vikings bill can be entered under the following headings:

- 61xxx Telephony (total amount excl. VAT)

- 411xx Reclaimable VAT (VAT amount of your bill)

- To 44xxx Supplier Mobile Vikings (total amount incl. VAT)

The VAT deductibility shall be in accordance with the fiscal rules.

Your payment to Mobile Vikings will be recorded as follows:

- 44xxx Supplier Mobile Vikings (total amount)

- To 55xxx financial institution (total amount)
