With **Deezer**, millions of tracks are right at your fingertips. Link your Deezer subscription to your Mobile Vikings account and score a **€3.50/month discount** on your Mobile Vikings bill. This applies to both **Deezer Premium (€11,99/month)** and **Deezer Family (€19,99/month)**. Never linked Deezer to Mobile Vikings before? Then you’ll automatically get **one free trial month** on top! Note: you do need an active Mobile Vikings mobile or home internet subscription. After that, it’s just link, listen, and enjoy! ## Activating Deezer To link Deezer, you need an active Mobile Vikings subscription. **Tab: You don’t have a Deezer subscription** 1. Log in to your [My Viking account](https://mobilevikings.be/en/my-viking/products-overview). 2. Go to **Linked services**. 3. Select **Deezer**, pick Premium or Family, and follow the steps.  4. In the final step, you’ll be redirected to **Deezer** to finish the link. **Tab: You already have a paid Deezer subscription (Premium or Family)** Your subscription won't pause automatically when you switch to Deezer via Mobile Vikings. Want to switch? **Cancel your current Deezer subscription first**, according to [their terms](https://www.deezer.com/legal/cgu). Once your current billing period ends, activate your new Deezer plan via My Viking. That way, you’ll only pay through your Mobile Vikings bill. **Important:** - Didn't cancel your current Deezer subscription before ordering via My Viking? You’ll miss out on the **free trial month** and your new plan can’t be activated. - Got a **yearly Deezer subscription**? Keep using it until it expires, then activate Deezer via Mobile Vikings. This avoids paying double! - Got **billing questions about your current Deezer plan**? Reach out directly to Deezer support. ## One free trial month Linking Deezer via Mobile Vikings for the first time? You automatically get **one free month of Deezer Premium or Family**, depending on your choice. No effort required: we automatically check if you're eligible.  - You get the free month **once**. - During your free month, the **€3.50 discount** doesn't apply yet. It kicks in from your first paid month. - After your free month, your plan **automatically continues** as a paid subscription unless you cancel beforehand. - **Only monthly** Deezer subscriptions apply. Yearly plans can’t be linked for this discount. - You need an active Mobile Vikings mobile and/or home internet plan to enjoy the discount. ## Costs of Deezer Choose between two plans. Both give you a €3.50/month discount on your Mobile Vikings bill: - **Deezer Premium:** €11,99/month -> **€8,49/month** after discount - **Deezer Family:** €19,99/month -> **€16.49/month** after discount After your free trial month, your chosen plan automatically turns into a paid subscription. From then on, you’ll see your €3.50 monthly discount on your Mobile Vikings bill. ## Plans and options Two choices: Deezer Premium and Deezer Family. Switch between them anytime via [My Viking](https://mobilevikings.be/en/my-viking/products-overview): - **Premium to Family:** Takes effect immediately. Unused days from your previous plan will be credited on your next bill. - **Family to Premium:** Takes effect on your next renewal date. You'll stay on Family until then. - Switching between plans isn't possible during your free trial month, only once your plan is paid. ## Billing When you order Deezer via Mobile Vikings, you get **one summary bill** for your Mobile Vikings product(s) and your Deezer subscription. Nice and simple! The €3.50 discount isn't deducted directly from Deezer, but **credited on your monthly Mobile Vikings bill.** **Good to know:** billing starts as soon as you order, not when you activate Deezer! - Your free month or paid subscription **starts the moment you order via** [**My Viking**](https://mobilevikings.be/en/my-viking/products-overview)**.** You’ll still need to activate and link it to your Deezer account afterwards. - You’ll receive a **confirmation email** right after ordering. - Already have a paid Deezer subscription? **Cancel it with Deezer first before ordering via** [**My Viking**](https://mobilevikings.be/en/my-viking/products-overview). If you don't, you’ll lose your free trial month and might end up with 2 active plans. - Never activate your order at Deezer? It **automatically gets cancelled** after 1 month. Paid months won't be refunded, and used trial months won't be restored. - Want to cancel before activating? You can do so **anytime via** [**My Viking**](https://mobilevikings.be/en/my-viking/products-overview). ## Cancelling Deezer Cancel your Deezer subscription anytime via [My Viking](https://mobilevikings.be/en/my-viking/products-overview). ### What happens next? - **Already have an active subscription?** It stays active until the end of your current billing month, so keep listening until then! - **Ordered Deezer, but haven't activated yet?** It stops immediately. _**Note:**_ as soon as you cancel Deezer, your €3.50 monthly discount stops too. ### What if you cancel your Mobile Vikings subscription? Your Deezer plan keeps running. **It doesn't stop automatically** when you cancel your Mobile Vikings mobile or home internet plan. However, your **€3.50 discount expires** as soon as you no longer have an active mobile or home internet subscription (this includes switching to prepaid)_._ _Exception:_ if cancelled due to **non-payment**, your Deezer plan will be stopped automatically. ## Frequently Asked Questions ### I don’t see “Linked services” in My Viking. What now? To link a connected service (such as Disney+, VTM GO+, DAZN Viking Pass or Deezer) to your account, you need an active Mobile Vikings subscription (mobile or internet). Do you only have a prepaid card? In that case, linking a connected service is unfortunately not possible. ### I already have a paid Deezer plan. Can I still get the free trial month and discount? Only if you cancel your existing paid Deezer plan directly with Deezer _before_ ordering via My Viking. If not, you’ll lose the free trial month and your order can’t go through. ### Can I link Deezer if I’m not a Mobile Vikings customer yet? You can link Deezer as soon as your first Mobile Vikings plan is active. You'll get an email with setup instructions during activation. ### Can I switch between Deezer Premium and Family? Yes, anytime via My Viking. Premium to Family is instant; Family to Premium takes effect at your next renewal. Switching isn't possible during your free trial month.
